PERSONAL CHECK POLICY: Items purchased with a personal check will be held from shipping until the check clears the bank (approximately 14 days) reguardless of the buyer's ratings.
LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY: With the price of gas being what it is, all items will be shipped. As part of my trip reduction policy, I do not make personal deliveries, and there will be no local pick-ups. Let us have the Post Office burn the gas, and I can devote my part of the savings to a better selection of titles for your shopping experience, and you can buy more stuff!
RETURN POLICY: My customers are my business. I seek to make things right! If you wish a refund/exchange for any non-downloaded product for any reason, just return the item in the same condition in which you received it with in 5 business days of receiving the item (Post mark will determine the dates). Electronic downloads can not be returned and will not be refunded. Exhanges are based on availability of stock. It would be helpful (but not necessary) for you to include an explaination as to why the item did not meet your needs. A short "heads-up" e-mail would be appreciated so that I can watch for the return and get your refund back to you as quickly as possible.
